DINNER

The annual St. Francis of the Lakes Catholic School Foundation Dinner was held on September 23^rd at The Lodge.  Father Seamus Walsh served as keynote speaker for the evening and gave an inspiring speech on the importance contributors, sponsors and donors play in the success of our students. Attendance at the event hit an all time high at 152.    A 50’s theme was created for the evening and alumni from that era were in attendance.  A $4000 challenge was issued to the attendees which was matched by $15,885 for a total of $19,885. Thanks to those who contributed and attended to make it such a special evening.  Stay tuned for next year's dinner date.

The Foundation mission is to provide a firm financial base for the school.  Funds from this dinner, silent auction, donations, and related efforts go toward a fund reserve.  The goal is to reach $1 million in the trust.  Interest earnings support teacher salary increases, school needs, capital needs, and tuition scholarships for students.
