CAPITAL CAMPAIGN
UPDATE
Nov 2011
A loan was established
to cover the remainder of the $4.2 million renovation cost.
Currently, $2,165,185 is owed on the capital campaign loan. To
date, $405,786 is due in pledges receivables and $40,000 is expected
to be uncollectable pledges.
The monthly loan payment is $14,403.
$11,150 is interest and the rest goes to principal. Currently,
there is $364,286 in the account where payments are drawn from.
We estimate there are adequate funds to make loan payments for the
next 3 years.
It will be critical to have a fundraising plan
within the next 2 years.
A school with a long history in this area, it
opened in 1909 in a two-story eight-classroom building.

The present facility was built in 1952.
In 2008, an extensive $4.2 million renovation began. The
center one-story section was demolished. In its place, a new
modern two-story section was constructed between the west and east
wings.
Major systems were updated and new space
includes a large media center, state-of-the-art computer lab with a
smart board, a chapel, small work rooms, administrative space,
teacher lounge and storage spaces. Classrooms and bathrooms were
updated.
We continue to search for angels to help us
put our debt to rest. Please contact
