Pick Up Procedure
We have changed our after school pick up procedure. There have been
many accidents in the gym after school and to help in this we are
changing to the following.
- School is dismissed at 2:50
- All bus students will be dismissed to catch their
bus.
- All students that walk will be dismissed after public school
bus students are out of the building.
- Students that are being picked up will stay in their classrooms
until 3:00, then sent to After School Care. Parents will
be charged the daily rate.
- If there is changes in your child's normal pick up schedule,
we must have a note or a call from you to assure your child gets
to the correct destination. If there is no note or call, your
child will do what is normal for him or her.
- The gym will be off limits to any student at this time due to
safety issues and no supervision.
PIE
(Partners In Education)
PIE is a group that works to promote a happy family atmosphere
in our school. We schedule fun events for everyone to participate
in. Everyone is a "piece of the pie" - parents, grandparents,
alumni, teachers, parishioners, everybody!
You are always invited to our meetings. They will be on the first
Tuesday of each month in the teachers' lounge.
We have TONS of great ideas, but we need people to help us make
them happen! We hope you will help with at least one PIE event throughout
the year, although we'd love to see you at every event!
